래핑폭스를 위한 리브랜딩 디자인입니다. 래핑폭스는 친근하고 따뜻한 애견동반 카페로 웃고 있는 여우의 이미지를 앞세워 브랜드 아이덴티티를 재정비하고 전반적인 그래픽을 리뉴얼하였습니다.
This is a rebranding design for Laughing Fox. Laughing Fox is a pet-friendly cafe that is warm and welcoming, with a laughing fox as its mascot. We reorganized and renewed the overall graphic identity of the brand.

Identity Development
기존 래핑폭스의 아이덴티티인 여우의 이미지를 더 심볼릭하게 수정하여 ‘웃고 있는 여우’ 의 아이덴티티를 강조하였습니다. 또한 핸드라이팅 형식의 기존 워드마크를 산세리프 계열을 응용한 워드마크로 재정비하여 가독성을 높였습니다.
We changed the previous fox identity to a more symbolic one, emphasizing the ‘laughing’ image of the fox. Furthermore, we increased the legibility by changing the handwritten style of the old wordmark to a san-serif wordmark.
Character Design
래핑폭스의 여우 아이덴티티를 90년대 미국 만화 스타일을 참고하여 캐릭터로 제작하였습니다. 웃고있는 여우의 모습을 다양한 포즈로 나타내었습니다. 주황과 파랑 2도 인쇄 컬러를 사용하여 펑키하고 키치한 아메리칸 캐쥬얼의 분위기를 표현하였습니다.
We designed the laughing fox identity by mainly referring to the 90’s American cartoon. We created diverse variations of the laughing fox’s poses and delivered a punk and kitsch-style American casual mood by using 2 print colors, mainly orange and blue.
Color System & Font Type
래핑폭스의 컬러 시스템은 펑키한 90년대 아메리칸 캐쥬얼 무드를 전달합니다. 고명도 고채도의 색상군을 사용하여 다채로움을 더합니다. 메인 폰트는 Glorify를 사용하여 키치한 무드를 반영하였습니다.
The Laughing Fox’s color system delivers punky, casual American mood. Its high brightness and saturation makes the brand more vibrant. We used ‘Glorify’ font as the main font of the brand, to express the kitsch-style.
Application
Laughing Fox의 어플리케이션 디자인입니다. 스티커, 테이크아웃 패키지 시스템, 포스터, 머그, 에코백, SNS 등 다양한 매체에 브랜드 아이덴티티를 살려 적용하였습니다.
